Group Widgets

Group (or Grouped) Widgets are Widgets that can contain other Widgets inside them. Multiple nested Group Widgets inside each other is supported.

Most Group Widgets have some kind of special interaction between their child widgets. Either by effecting how or when they display (see Ad Group Widget) or passing specific variables to child widgets (see Custom Alert Box Widget)

Driven by your flows​

Three group widgets are filled in by a flow rather than by Twitch. You give each one a name, declare what fields it expects, and point a flow node at it:

  • Flow Alert — your own alert, with your own fields. Queues like any other alert.
  • Flow Event — the same thing, but it never queues, so it can appear over whatever is already on screen.
  • Clip Alert — plays Twitch clips sent by the Play Clip flow effect. Comes ready to use.
