Make List
Runs on: Shared — pure logic, runs on the Community backend or inside a chatbox overlay.
The Make List node builds a list out of individual values you wire in, one per Item input. This is the reverse of List Get Item — instead of pulling values out of a list, you're building one up from separate wires.
Inputs grow automatically as you connect them: connecting the last Item row always adds a new empty one below it, the same way Generate Text's arguments grow. Every connected item becomes one entry in the output list, in order — leaving a middle slot unconnected just skips it, it doesn't leave a gap or an empty value.
The first Item input you connect decides the list's item type; every other Item input then only accepts that same type.
Inputs
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
Item 1, Item 2, ... | (locked to the first connected type) | One value per connected input, collected into the output list in order. |
Outputs
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
result | list | The built list. |
Example
Wire three Generate Text outputs into Item 1, Item 2, Item 3 to build a three-item text list on the spot — useful when you want a short, one-off list without setting up a Static List.
